Unless otherwise stated, all content on https://diligentcreators.com — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, UI layouts, code snippets shown for marketing, and compilation of materials — is owned by (DC) DiligentCreators Pvt. Ltd. (“Diligent Creators”) or used under license, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Diligent Creators name, logos, and related brand marks are trademarks or trade dress of Diligent Creators. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

You may view and temporarily download pages from this website for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, scrape for commercial datasets, or create derivative works from our website materials without prior written consent, except as allowed by mandatory law (such as fair dealing where applicable).

For paid engagements, intellectual property in final deliverables is governed by the signed proposal, statement of work, or master agreement. Typical arrangements include:

• Assignment or exclusive license of final creative and code deliverables to the client upon full payment, as specified in writing.
• Retention by Diligent Creators of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, templates, design systems, and know-how used across projects.
• Third-party fonts, stock assets, plugins, open-source components, and SaaS APIs remaining subject to their own licenses — clients must comply with those terms.

Unless a written NDA or engagement term restricts it, we may display completed work (including screenshots, links, and case narratives) in our portfolio, website, proposals, and marketing. Client confidential information and credentials are never published.

Clients represent that they own or have licensed all materials they supply (brand assets, copy, photos, data, product information) and that our use of those materials to perform the engagement will not infringe third-party rights. Clients agree to indemnify Diligent Creators against claims arising from client-supplied materials, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a notice to hi@dc.com.pk with “Copyright Notice” in the subject line. Include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact details; and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized and that the information in the notice is accurate.

We will review notices promptly and may remove or disable access to material where appropriate.
