(iBiz) Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out rules and restrictions for using the iBiz service (“Service”) provided by Diligent Creators. All Clients and Users must comply with this policy to ensure lawful, secure, and reliable use of iBiz.
General Principles
- iBiz may only be used for lawful business invoicing purposes.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and FBR requirements.
- You are responsible for the activity conducted under your account.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use iBiz for
- Fraudulent or Misleading Invoicing
- Creating fake invoices, manipulating records, or misreporting to evade taxes.
- Unauthorized Access
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain access to other clients’ accounts, iBiz systems, or PRAL/FBR systems.
- Data Misuse
- Sharing, reselling, or exposing taxpayer data without proper authorization.
- Illegal Activities
- Any activity that violates Pakistani law, FBR rules, or international regulations.
- System Abuse
- Uploading malicious code, launching denial-of-service attacks, or overloading the system with excessive requests.
Security Responsibilities
- Keep login credentials private and secure.
- Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Do not share iBiz credentials with untrusted third parties
Service Integrity
- Do not attempt to bypass or disable security features of iBiz.
- Do not use automated bots, scrapers, or tools that disrupt normal usage.
- We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns for abuse prevention.
Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in
- Suspension or termination of account access,
- Reporting to relevant authorities (if required),
- Additional charges for damages caused to our infrastructure
Updates
- This AUP may be updated periodically.
- Continued use of iBiz constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
